Our goal is to support independence and resilience, but we understand that this takes time.

We provide essentials to help people sustain themselves, giving the time needed to focus on longer-term change to get back on their feet.

If you need support we can help.

We offer practical support for:

  • Essential items including food, bedding and toiletries

  • Advice and support with benefit applications

  • Access to phones, internet, and digital support

  • Referrals to internal and external agencies

  • Laundry & Showers

We offer a number of services to support access to essentials.

Direct Access

This open-door service is available to anyone needing our support providing information, advice and access to essentials for anyone facing crisis.

Opening Times - Summer Street
(Closed for lunch 12.30 to 1.30)

  • Monday: 9:00am - 5pm

  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 5pm

  • Wednesday: 9:00am - 5pm

  • Thursday: 9:00am - 5pm

  • Friday: 10:00am - 4pm

Summer St - Food Provision Opening Hours

  • 1:30 - 15:00
